Job summary

Motus Commercials, the largest DAF Trucks dealer group in Europe, is seeking a Workshop Controller in Frome. You will lead a team of HGV Technicians, Workshop Supervisors and Apprentices to deliver excellence in service and maintenance.

You’ll liaise with Service Advisors on daily planning, drive MOT pass rate targets and KPI achievement, handle customer queries and strengthen long-term franchise partnerships. A supportive, inclusive workplace awaits.

Salary:Up to £39K
