Qualifications

• Previous experience within the motor trade is essential.
• Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive basic salary of £37,500, with an on-target earnings of approximately £39,020. The successful individual will assume a vital leadership role, overseeing the workshop team, optimising productivity, and ensuring high-quality vehicle repairs.
