Qualifications

• Previous experience within the motor trade is essential.
• Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Planning and allocating work to Vehicle Technicians effectively.
• Managing workshop productivity and workflow optimisation.
