Job summary

Vertu Vauxhall Crewe is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to help keep the workshop running smoothly and support the integration of Leapmotor into the franchise. You will plan work, coordinate resources, and drive productivity in a busy service environment.

Vertu Vauxhall and Leapmotor Crewe

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our established team at Vertu Vauxhall Crewe, supporting both our existing Vauxhall business and the introduction of Leapmotor as we expand our franchise offering.

We are offering £38,000 Basic Salary with an OTE of £42,000 and no weekend working!

About The Role

As a Workshop Controller, you'll play a key part in keeping our workshop running smoothly every day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and allocating work to our Vehicle Technicians
• Coordinating time and resources to support an efficient workflow
• Ensuring deadlines are met and productivity remains high
• Creating a positive, organised environment that helps the team do their best work
• Part of the Stellantis group, giving you exposure to brands such as Peugeot, Vauxhall, Citroën, DS, Fiat, Jeep and Alfa Romeo

About You

• Is an experienced Workshop Controller
• Communicates clearly and respectfully
• Enjoys supporting and organising a team
• Has a solid track record in a technical or workshop role
• Holds a full, valid UK driving licence
