Job summary

Vertu Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury is seeking a Workshop Controller to join our busy team. You will assign work to Vehicle Technicians, plan incoming jobs and manage the time and resources of your team to maximise productivity and meet deadlines.

Ideally you will have experience as a Workshop Controller in a main dealership. We offer ongoing training, a competitive package and benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, rewards and employee purchase schemes.

At our Vertu Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury dealership, we currently have an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Controllerto join our outstanding team!

We are offering a £40,000 basic salary, with an OTE of £50,000 plus company benefits. We are currenrtly closed on weekends in Aftersales making this role Monday-Friday, providing genuine work‑life balance.

The Workshop Controller role is one of the busiest and most important roles within the dealership, and consists of assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop. The role will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resource of your team. You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to at all times.

Ideally, you willhaveexperience working in a Workshop Controller role within in a main dealership.
