Job description

Graypaul Birmingham is currently recruiting for a Workshop Controller. This is a unique opportunity to work with Ferrari at an exciting time in the brand's history.

About you

This role is ideally suited for someone already working as a Workshop Controller; however, an experienced senior Service Advisor will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure service and repairs are carried out to the highest standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor resources.
3. Build strong relationships with the brand and understand warranty processes.
4. Coach and support the service team to develop individual competencies.
5. Develop training plans for technical personnel and support their development.
6. Maintain Health and Safety procedures at all times.
7. Ensure the smooth progression of work through the workshop.
8. Improve workshop flow and streamline the customer journey by identifying key processes, increasing productivity, removing waste, and tracking KPIs and team management.
