Vertu BYD Worcester is seeking a Workshop Controller to join our team. The role involves assigning work to Vehicle Technicians, planning incoming jobs, and managing your team’s time and resources to keep the workshop running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have motor trade experience in a workshop or senior technician role, strong communication skills, and a full, valid UK driving licence. The position offers a £33,000 basic salary with an OTE of £36,000.

• Previous experience in the Motor Trade, Workshop or Senior Technician background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Assign work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure smooth running of the workshop.
• Plan incoming work and manage the time and resources of the team.
• Ensure deadlines are adhered to and productivity is maximised.
