Job summary

Homeprotect Home Insurance seeks an experienced Workplace Technology Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across devices, software, and SaaS applications. You will manage user lifecycle, access, and provisioning for new staff, coordinate hardware maintenance, and support Microsoft 365 services.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, Windows expertise, Entra ID, and Citrix experience. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with weekly office presence, collaborating closely with multiple teams

Qualifications

Experience supporting Windows devices in an enterprise environment.
Knowledge of Entra ID, MFA, and conditional access.
Strong problem-solving and customer-focused communication.

Responsibilities

Provide first and second line IT support for workplace tech issues.
Manage user accounts and access across Entra ID and SaaS apps.
Oversee Joiner, Mover & Leaver lifecycle and device provisioning for new staff.
Maintain hardware and coordinate vendor repairs.
Assist with Microsoft 365 services and related configuration.
