Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Workplace Support Engineer to maintain and improve workplace technology across the organisation from our London office. You will handle incidents, provide end-user support, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience providing first and second-line technical support in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, iOS, Android and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management solutions like Microsoft Intune.
• Understanding of endpoint management technologies including MECM/SCCM or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow with timely resolution per SLAs.
• Provide first and second-line support for laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Support provisioning and lifecycle activities for devices, including SIM activations and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the workplace tech stack.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including equipment deployment and recovery.
• Maintain asset inventories and ensure accurate licensing and service records.
