My client is in the Insurance space and provides their clients with insurance and reinsurance services on a global basis. THE ROLE

They are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented Office/Facilities Manager to join their friendly City-based team of around 120 employees. It is an exciting time to join the company as they are growing, offering lots of opportunities to undertake projects and develop your career.

  • Oversee the smooth running of the front of house service
  • Negotiate contracts with various providers
  • Manage all aspects of office maintenance, including service level agreements
  • Handle budget management
  • Liaise with landlords
  • Support onboarding processes such as office tours and H&S inductions
  • Assist with office projects
  • Arrange insurance for the office
  • Act as H&S Officer for the company
ABOUT YOU
  • Proven experience in Office/Facilities Management
  • Line management experience
  • Strong knowledge of H&S procedures
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Enthusiastic about going the extra mile and enhancing operations
