Job Opportunity: Workplace Experience Manager

Portico is currently looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to join our small team based at a renowned banking client in Central London.

Our team works in close partnership with all service partners at the bank to deliver an exceptional working environment and seamless experience for the bank's staff and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a wide scope of services contributing to the workplace experience, including post room services and gym & wellness centre services.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and lead a diverse team comprising a Workplace Experience Coordinator, Events Concierge, and a team of two in the post room.
  • Maintain client relationship management, liaising daily with the client, cultivating a good working relationship, representing Portico on site, and assisting in various projects and workstreams.
Shift Pattern and Salary

40 hours per week, typically between 8 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £47,500

Candidate Profile
  • Self-starter with proven experience in managing successful office experience operations.
  • Innovative thinker capable of improving and enhancing existing services.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including the executive team.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing change effectively.
  • Passionate about customer experience with solid knowledge of facilities management.
