Position: Workplace Experience Manager - London

This role manages daily operations of the London Office and collaborates with global managers to coordinate how Whatnauts come together thoughtfully.

Responsibilities:
  1. Office Operations: Oversee supplies, mail, deliveries, food, and general upkeep; manage vendor relationships; ensure organized, clean, and stocked common areas; troubleshoot facility issues.
  2. Guest and Employee Experience: Act as first contact for visitors and team members; create a welcoming environment; coordinate logistics for team days, offsites, and events.
  3. Onboarding Support: Manage first-day logistics; coordinate with IT and People teams; ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
  4. Administrative Support: Support local leadership with calendar, meetings, travel, and scheduling; help leaders stay organized and focused.

Minimum qualifications include 2+ years in office management, strong organizational skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role is office-based and requires proximity to the London hub.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000/year plus benefits and equity. Benefits include flexible time off, health insurance, WFH support, allowances, parental leave, and more.
