Job summary

JLL in the United Kingdom is seeking a Floor Ambassador for Workplace Experience to create a Delight by delivering a customer-centric daily office environment across your assigned floors. You will blend facilities management expertise with proactive service delivery, acting as the single point of contact for guests and the client team on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as FM, Hospitality, Events Management, or Serviced Office environments.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in facilities management, hospitality, business, or other related field.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned floor(s) and ensure a seamless office environment with staff and occupants.
• Work as a mobile team member on floors, log tickets, and coordinate with Corrigo and facilities colleagues.
• Coordinate maintenance, manage vendor activity, and ensure high-quality completion of scheduled and ad-hoc work.
• Conduct floor inspections, monitor health and safety standards, and communicate observations for continuous improvement.
