Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as FM, hospitality, events or serviced offices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong organizational, analytical and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned floor(s) and ensure a seamless office environment for staff and visitors.
• Log tickets via tablet, coordinate maintenance, and support facilities colleagues.
• Monitor health and safety, manage vendor activity, and report on service delivery.
• Develop client relationships, analyse data, and generate reports for account management.
