Job summary

JLL is seeking a Floor Ambassador for Workplace Experience to create a best-in-class guest experience on assigned floors. You will blend facilities management with proactive service delivery, acting as the single point of contact for daily workplace needs and as trusted counsel to guests.

You will coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendor activities, while engaging with occupants to deliver consistent service and drive improvements across the account.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer-facing FM/hospitality roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational and administrative skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to establish relationships.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned floor(s) and ensure a seamless office environment.
• Greet staff and guests, help them settle into the workspace.
• Be a mobile team member, logging tickets via tablet.
• Coordinate maintenance and service with facilities colleagues.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure safety standards.
• Bridge hospitality and facilities for events and client expectations.
• Conduct floor inspections and maintain cleanliness.
• Analyze data and generate reports per service delivery.
• Manage parking and locker software and conduct audits.
