Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing leadership or supervisory role within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Front of House and cleaning teams to deliver first-class service
• Manage team schedules, holidays and attendance to ensure coverage
• Oversee meetings, events, and VIP visits, including diary management and meet-and-greet duties
• Coordinate with onsite teams and client stakeholders to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Uphold Health, Safety and Environment standards and conduct regular inspections
