Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Floor Ambassador for Workplace Experience on-site in Buckinghamshire. You will own the floor, greet guests, log tickets on a tablet, coordinate maintenance with the facilities team, and support client relationships with proactive service delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in customer-facing roles such as FM, hospitality, or events management, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as FM, Hospitality, Events Management, or Serviced Office environments.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned floor(s) and ensure a seamless office environment.
• Log tickets and updates on a tablet; collaborate with facilities team.
• Manage Corrigo helpdesk and coordinate with suppliers for on-floor activities.
• Conduct floor inspections and monitor cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Foster client relationships and contribute to KPI delivery and reporting.
