Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services seeks a Mobile Workplace Host for London & South Region (multi-site role). The position offers £15.00 per hour, 40 hours per week, with shifts from 6.30 am to 7 pm.

You will deliver five-star hospitality, reception and workplace coordination across prestigious corporate workplaces, ensuring a seamless visitor experience. You’ll welcome guests, set up meeting rooms, support events, and provide first-line AV help.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using workplace tech such as Outlook, Teams and Word.
• Willingness to travel between sites and work flexibly when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief cover across portfolio locations for planned or unplanned absences.
• Welcome visitors and colleagues with professionalism and warmth.
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces; support workplace experience teams.
• Provide first-line support for meeting room and AV technology.
• Support mailroom, events coordination, switchboard and workplace administration.
