Job summary

Signature, part of Mitie, is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Ambassador to be the face of a client workplace. You will deliver a premium welcome, be the first point of contact, and ensure a secure, friendly environment for guests, visitors and staff.

You will manage the visitor journey, handle calls, provide workplace guidance and build strong relationships to ensure an outstanding experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, front of house, workplace experience or reception environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain SC Clearance.
