You'll deliver five-star hospitality, reception, workplace coordination and event support across multiple client sites with flexibility and pride in outstanding service.

Roles vary by site and include travel between locations, ongoing training and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Providing relief cover for planned and unplanned absences across our portfolio of locations.
• Welcoming visitors, guests and colleagues with professionalism and warmth.
• Conducting workplace inspections, setting up meeting rooms and event spaces, and supporting workplace experience teams.
• Providing first-line support for meeting room and AV technology.
• Supporting mailroom, events coordination, switchboard, and workplace administration services.
