Job summary

Avison Young is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador in Manchester to deliver an exceptional visitor and employee experience within the Welcome Space hub. You will triage queries, support onboarding, manage access, and partner with IT, facilities, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a passion for service delivery, strong communication, and the ability to create a welcoming, efficient environment for UiPath staff and visitors, while promoting a positive brand

Responsibilities

• Provide a user-focused service experience for visitors and staff
• Be the first point of contact for queries, both in person and virtually
• Manage starter/leaver procedures and equipment distribution
• Oversee access control and IT setup/support as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on space management and invoicing
• Support scheduling of meetings, spaces, and hospitality needs
• Promote a welcoming, inclusive office experience and maintain high standards
