Job summary

JLL is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to provide the highest levels of client and visitor care in a fast-paced environment. You will manage front desk duties, host visitors, and support the customer experience across the building.

The role requires standing and hosting throughout the day, with hours roughly 07:30–17:30 on a Monday–Friday rota. You will liaise with PA/EA teams, deliver warm welcomes, and maintain immaculate guest spaces while solving enquiries.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in fast-paced customer service settings.
• Experience welcoming visitors and managing front desk operations.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a solution-focused mindset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, courteous welcome to visitors.
• Host the main reception area and energise the space.
• Liaise with clients and hosts, acting as a concierge touchpoint.
• Ensure spaces are immaculate and report issues promptly.
• Handle enquiries in person, by phone, or email.
• Coordinate with PA/EA teams as required.
