Legal & General is seeking a Communications Development Manager to join the Customer Strategy & Engagement team. You will shape and enhance member communications across Workplace schemes, using customer insight, behavioural science and clear writing to deliver engaging experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering customer communications, campaigns or engagement activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration at all levels.
• Excellent written communication to publication standards.
• Strong analytical skills using data to inform decisions.
• Proven project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience working with creative agencies or external partners.
• Understanding of customer engagement strategies and best practices.
• Financial services knowledge and behavioural economics understanding is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver transactional member communications and supporting literature for Workplace schemes.
• Create customer-centric communications meeting business, regulatory and outcome requirements.
• Apply member insight and research to improve communication effectiveness.
• Manage and enhance communication journeys across the member lifecycle.
• Deliver communications across digital and traditional channels for reach and impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to provide high-quality solutions.
• Measure performance, analyze results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Consumer Duty by ensuring communications are transparent and easy to understand.
