Legal & General Group is seeking a Customer Communications Specialist for its Institutional Retirement Client Services team. You will craft accurate communications for Pension Risk Transfer customers and ensure scheme members receive the right information at the right time.

You will translate complex scheme data into clear language, coordinate with internal teams and third parties, and manage enquiries while maintaining governance and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes and how member benefits are administered.
• Experience creating accurate written communications for customers or scheme members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, organise priorities and elevate issues appropriately.
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering fair customer outcomes.
• Understanding of data protection, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders and relevant third parties.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
