Legal & General is looking for a Customer Communications Specialist to join the Institutional Retirement Client Services function. You will create accurate communications for Pension Risk Transfer customers and ensure members receive the right information at the right time.

You will translate complex scheme information into clear language, coordinate activity with internal teams and external print providers, and manage enquiries within service levels.

• Creating and issuing accurate communications for pension scheme members
• Translating complex scheme and benefit information into clear and accessible language
• Coordinating communication activity with internal stakeholders and third‑party print providers
• Managing customer and stakeholder enquiries in line with agreed service levels
• Maintaining complete audit trails throughout the communication lifecycle
• Tailoring communications to reflect customer needs, vulnerability and product complexity
• Monitoring feedback and communication effectiveness to identify improvements
• Ensuring communications meet governance, data protection and regulatory requirements
