Legal & General Group is seeking a Communications Development Manager to join the Customer Strategy & Engagement team. You will shape and enhance member communications across Workplace schemes, using customer insight, behavioural science and clear messaging to drive positive outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, agencies and suppliers, delivering across digital and traditional channels while measuring impact and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering customer communications, campaigns or engagement activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality content to publication standards.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and deliver transactional member communications and supporting literature across Workplace schemes.
• Create customer-centric communications that meet business, regulatory and customer outcome requirements.
• Apply member insight and research to improve communication effectiveness and engagement.
• Manage and enhance communication journeys across the member lifecycle to improve understanding and outcomes.
• Deliver communications across digital and traditional channels to maximise reach and impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Measure communication performance, analyse results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support Consumer Duty requirements by crafting transparent, balanced communications.
