Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is seeking a Working Site Supervisor/Site Manager to run a 3 month school refurbishment/extension project in Nailsea. You will be responsible for leading the site, coordinating labour, and may assist on tools with a preferred Carpentry background.

Requirements include 3 years' experience as a Site supervisor, SSSTS/SMSTS or First Aid, and full PPE. Working hours are 8 hours a day, with daily rates of £230–£240 depending on tickets and experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site supervisor on other construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Run the 3 month school refurbishment/extension project in Nailsea as Site Supervisor/Site Manager.
• Deal with labour and coordinate on-site activities.
• Assist with on-site carpentry tasks when needed.

Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience:

Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site supervisor on other construction projects.

Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

Type of project that require a Site Supervisor :

Works involved: Site Supervisor / Site Manager to run a 3 month school refurbishement / extension project in Nailsea. You will be running the project, dealing with Labour as well as helping out on the tools. Prefferably Carpentry background

Working hours: 8 hours a day

£230/£240 per day based on experience and tickets
