Job summary

Ivy Resource Group seeks a Site Manager in Plymouth, Devon, to supervise trades on a commercial housing project. You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries.

The role requires 3 years’ site management experience, valid SMSTS and First Aid tickets, proper PPE, and the ability to provide two recent work references. Working hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm with a day rate of £270.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and First Aid tickets required.
• 3 years' experience as Site Manager on housing projects.
• References: 2 recent work references.
• PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots.
