Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is seeking a Site Manager for a new build housing development in Coventry, West Midlands. The candidate must have 5 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential projects and hold SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS credentials.

The role offers a 2-week cover with immediate start to 14th September, with a 7:30am to 4:30pm day and 9 hours paid per day. PPE is required on site: hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS required.
• 5 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing projects.
• Two recent work references relevant to residential site.
• Immediate start; 14th September; 2 weeks cover.
