Job summary

Ivy Resource Group are recruiting a Senior Site Manager for a Bath, Somerset project. The assignment is a £3m scheme requiring a PM/SSM with over 10 years in similar roles and a proven ability to deliver major construction projects.

Essential qualifications include SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness and CSCS; experience with JCT Design & Build, ASTA Power Projects, and temporary works coordination is a plus. Immediate start; daily rate £350–£380.

• SMSTS certification required.
• First Aid certification required.
• Asbestos Awareness training required.

Responsibilities

• Construction Project lead for a £3m scheme (Experienced Senior Site Manager or PM).
• Experience in delivering £3-10m projects, specifically; student accommodation / HMOs, retrofit ideally but new build okay.
• Experience in running /administrating a JCT Design & Build Contracts.
• Proficient in ASTA Power projects
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Asbestos awareness
• CSCS
• Ideally has temporary works coordinator certs but this isn't a deal breaker.
• Tier 1 / 2 experience is desirable.
• Minimum 10+ years in the role/similar role (SSM / PM).

Tickets: Valid SMSTS, First Aid & Asbestos Awareness,

PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience: Must have 2 years' experience working as a Project Manager on other projects.

References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references for relevant sites.
