Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a major public sector project in Yeovil. The role pays £300 per day, with hours 7:00am–4:00pm, on a long-term 11-month contract starting ASAP.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations on a new-build and refurbishment scheme, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently and to programme, with scope covering groundworks, foundations, steel frame, M&E works and more.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, Black CSCS Card, Fire Warden, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid required.
• Temporary Works qualification/experience desirable.

The Role

We are currently looking for an experiencedSite Managerto join a major new-build and refurbishment project of a public sector building.

The company has already been on site for approximately 8 months and is now progressing onto the next phase of the works.

This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Scope of Works

The project includes:

• New-build and refurbishment works
• Groundworks
• Foundations
• Steel frame
• M&E works
• Flat roof replacement
• General site management and coordination

Required Tickets & Qualifications

Candidates must hold:

• SMSTS
• Black CSCS Card
• Fire Warden
• Asbestos Awareness
• First Aid
• Temporary Works qualification/experience

Previous experience managingnew-build and refurbishment projectsis highly desirable.
