Job summary

Ivy Resource Group in Malvern, Worcestershire is seeking a Working Site Supervisor to support the Project Manager on a theatre refurb project. The role requires hands-on site presence, coordinating labour, deliveries, and sub-contractor liaison to maintain schedule and quality.

You will work on various school projects during summer refurbishments, toilet refurbishments, extensions, and classroom upgrades, with duties including on-site supervision and occasional tool work.

Qualifications

• SSSTS ticket required for the role.
• Must have 3 years' experience working as a Working Site Supervisor on construction projects.
• References: must provide 2 recent work references.

PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Working Site supervisor on other construction projects.

References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

Works involved:

Theatre refurb - 150k job - toilet refurb IPS panels managing labour - 25 cubicles to go in.

Your role as a Working Site Supervisor will be assisting the Project Manager on the project, ensuring the program is kept to and the quality of work is maintained. You will be liaising with the other sub contractors on site and working on the tools as and when required. You will manage Labour on site and coordinate deliveries. The works will vary across different school summer holiday projects, toilet refurbishments, extensions, classroom and general school refurbishments.

£230 Per Day

Weekly pay on a Friday
