Job summary

Time Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a prestigious Liverpool waterfront project at Atlantic Pavilion, Albert Dock. You will oversee on-site works, supervise subcontractors, and ensure delivery to programme, safety, and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating labour, materials, and plant, conducting site inductions, and maintaining site records. The contract is 5 months with competitive rates and the start date following interview.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site procedures.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of site activities and subcontractors.
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme schedules and project specifications.
• Monitoring health and safety compliance across site and ensuring site standards are maintained at all times.
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
• Coordinating labour, materials, and plant requirements.
• Liaising with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Monitoring quality control and ensuring works meet required standards.
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
• Supporting project delivery to ensure key milestones are achieved.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate.


• CSCS Card.


• First Aid at Work qualification.


• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
