Job summary

TINY TOTS RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking an experienced Working Foreman for a Westminster project. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, supervise trades, and work hands-on to ensure safety and high workmanship while keeping programmes on track.

This role requires strong leadership and a proactive, reliable approach. Responsibilities include coordinating materials, deliveries and site requirements, liaising with management and subcontractors, and reporting progress on site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of construction site procedures.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with hands-on approach.
• CSCS card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating trades and site operatives.
• Managing day-to-day site activities and keeping programmes on track.
• Working hands-on with the team when required.
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Coordinating materials, deliveries and site requirements.
