Job summary

INDCS in West London is seeking an experienced Foreman - Skill Level 2 to join a live project. You will lead a trade or operational team (groundworks, concrete, drainage, structures), ensuring daily productivity, safety compliance and high quality standards.

This role operates under a General Foreman or Site Manager and handles medium complexity works with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has CSCS Gold Card, NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision and SSSTS, plus a strong focus on

• CSCS Gold Card required.

The Role

This level of foreman operates under the direction of a General Foreman or Site Manager and is trusted to manage medium complexity works with minimal supervision.
