Job summary

VGC in London is seeking an experienced Senior Foreman to coordinate on-site activities on a West London project.

You will lead multiple foremen, enforce standards, and work with site management to deliver the programme safely, on time and to specification, acting as a key liaison with the workforce and subcontractors.

Current role requires CSCS card, NVQ in supervision, and a proactive approach to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• CSCS Gold/Black Card required.
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Construction Site Supervision / Construction Operations Supervision required.
• Health & Safety Awareness Training required.
• Manual Handling Training preferred.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills essential.
• Proactive approach with commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities and manage multiple foremen.
• Enforce standards and support delivery of the programme.
• Oversee all on-site operations, lead multiple trade teams, ensure safety and on-time completion.

Role: SeniorForeman

Rate: £29.56 per hour, weekend up lift

Hours: MON-FRI (Apply online only)

Location: NW10 4UY

We're looking for an experiencedSeniorForeman to join on a project in West London.

The Role: Coordinating leader, responsible for managing multiple foremen, enforcing standards, and supporting delivery of the wider programme.

Also responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, leading multiple trade teams, and ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

This role acts as a key liaison between site management and the workforce, often taking responsibility for resource allocation, progress monitoring, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination.
