The Shore Group is seeking an experienced Working Site Manager to lead retail fit-out and shopfitting projects across the East Midlands. This hands-on role requires active on-site supervision, coordinating trades, and ensuring programmes stay on track.

You will champion high standards of safety and quality, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients, and mentor junior staff. A strong background in shopfitting or interior refurbishment is essential, with SMSTS/SSSTS credentials preferred.

Competenze

• Proven experience within shopfitting, retail fit-out, or interior refurbishment.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification essential.
• Full driving licence and own van required.

Working Site Manager - Retail Fit-Out & Shopfitting

Location: East Midlands

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shifts: Day & Night Work Required

We are seeking experienced Working Supervisors to join our growing team, delivering high-quality retail fit-out, refurbishment, and new store build projects across the East Midlands.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideally suited to someone with a strong shopfitting, interiors, or retail fit-out background who is comfortable supervising site operations while actively contributing to the work on site. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

We have a steady pipeline of work and are looking for supervisors to join us on a long-term basis, with ongoing opportunities for training, development, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise retail fit-out and shopfitting projects on site
• Take a hands-on approach while managing daily site operations

Requirements

• Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and site management
• Full driving licence and own van required
