With continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their delivery team with a dedicated Site-Based Project Manager.

The Role

This is a site-based role for an experienced Project Manager with a background in retail fit out and build projects. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of projects, valued typically between £2m–£5m, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will be confident working on fast-paced, live retail environments, able to lead site teams and build strong client relationships while ensuring smooth project execution.

• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nationwide on site-based projects (travel and lodge as required).
