Job summary

Construct Enterprises Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a hands-on role in London-based shopfitting projects. You will oversee a small crew of around five, coordinate with electrical and HVAC trades, and act as the main on-site contact for high-end clients.

Some time on the tools may be required to ensure quality finishes. The ideal candidate will have proven shopfitting experience, SMSTS and First Aid certificates, and the ability to manage demanding client requirements in live

Site Supervisor - Shopfitting

Location: City of London - site-based

Salary/Rate: £250-£280 a day (DOE)

Hours: 7am - 5pm weekends as required

Start Date: Mid-October 2026

The Opportunity

A well-established shopfitting contractor in the building and construction industry is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor for upcoming contracts starting mid-October, running for 6 to 7 weeks. You will be spending your time supervising the site but be prepared on the rare occasion to be on the tools if required. You'll typically be managing a team of around 5, plus electrical and HVAC trades, working in high-end London department stores.

These are live retail environments where the end client has very specific requirements, so confidence in dealing with demanding clients is key.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an experienced Foreman or Site Supervisor with a strong shopfitting background who is happy to work on the tools if required.

You’ll ideally have:
