Job summary

Rogers McHugh is seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman / Site Manager for a 6-month retainer-based role, nationwide with focus on London, the South and South West. You will oversee retail and commercial fit-out projects, running sites, coordinating subcontractors and upholding health, safety and quality on each assignment.

Strong candidates will have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, plus flexibility to travel.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work are essential.
• Experience leading retail/commercial fit-out projects.
• Full UK driving licence required and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations on retail and commercial fit-out projects.

Working Site Foreman / Site Manager - Retail & Commercial Fit Out

Start:Beginning of October 2026
Duration:6 months
Location:Nationwide - mainly London, South & South West
Rate: £280 - £310/shift depending on location

We are looking for an experiencedWorking Site Foreman / Site Managerto join our team on a6-month retainer basis, overseeing retail and commercial fit-out projects.

Projects will generally run for4-8 weeksand will mainly involveinternal fit-out works.

We are looking for someone who is confident running a site, managing subcontractors and maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality, but who is alsohands-on and willing to get stuck inwhen required.

Between projects, you will be expected to support other areas of the business, includingsnagging, general supervision, helping on the tools and assisting on other projects.
