Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Workforce Systems Facilitator. The role focuses on maintaining, supporting, and developing core workforce IT systems (HR, rostering, LMS) to underpin safe staffing and patient care.

You will work with internal stakeholders and the NHS England team to deliver a major workforce IT transformation, requiring excellent communication and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, computing or information field or equivalent proven knowledge and work-based experience.
• Minimum of 3 GCEs level C or higher including Mathematics and English Language.
• Evidence of sustained and continued learning/professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support and ongoing after-implementation support.
• Configure and manage workforce IT systems including HR databases, payroll and rostering.
• Collaborate with NHS England implementation team on system transformation programmes.
• Gather and map user requirements to available systems and ensure data quality.
