Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Workforce Systems Facilitator to support, maintain and develop workforce IT systems across contracting, HR, payroll, rostering and LMS.

The role collaborates with UHS stakeholders and the NHS England implementation team on a significant workforce system transformation programme, ensuring safe staffing and excellent patient care within a dynamic trust environment.

• Experience with workforce IT systems and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support and develop workforce IT systems (contracting, HR, databases, payroll, rostering, LMS).
• Work with UHS stakeholders and NHS England team on workforce system transformation.
• Deliver safe staffing and high-quality patient care through effective workforce planning and service delivery.
