Job summary

NHS Business Services Authority is recruiting two People Systems and Transformation Advisors to help implement the Future NHS Workforce Solution across the organisation. You will collaborate with HR, payroll and other teams to redesign processes and maximize the system’s benefits.

You will bring HR systems experience, a curious mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, supporting adoption and delivering lasting value across NHSBSA and the wider NHS community.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, workforce or similar environment.
• Strong HR systems experience and analytical curiosity.
• Proactive, commercially minded with a focus on change.
• Advocate for PeoplePortal and transformation across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support process redesign activities to maximise the benefits of the new HR system.
• Engage stakeholders to understand challenges and co-design effective solutions.
• Challenge existing practices to improve efficiency, quality and colleague experience.
• Support change management activities to help colleagues adopt new processes and technology.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to enable successful transformation journeys.
• Prepare and present highlights on project progress, risks and solutions to leads and project boards.
