Job summary

Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Workforce Information & System Administrator (Band 5). You will ensure workforce information in ESR is accurate and you will produce routine reports for the Trust Board, managers and HR staff.

You will update employee and assignment changes, support managers using Manager Self Service and help standardise HR processes across the organisation, including staff training in systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in NHS workforce information/payroll
