Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a high-impact analytics professional in London to partner with senior stakeholders. You will own end-to-end data-driven deliverables, build forecast models, and drive improvements across demand and staffing processes with minimal guidance.

You will analyze trends using SQL, Excel, Salesforce and Tableau, plus statistical tools like R/SAS/Python, translating insights into actionable business recommendations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical tools (Excel, Salesforce, Tableau).
Experience with statistical languages/toolboxes such as R, SAS, SPSS, Matlab or Python is a plus.
Able to work with stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account management teams to gain knowledge of workstreams and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain demand, workload and staffing forecast models from historical data.
Maintain data hygiene and adjust forecast models as processes change.
Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations to reduce workload and improve productivity.
Monitor results of recommendations and report back to stakeholders.
Identify staffing risks and create mitigation plans as needed.
Use system reporting tools to support continuous process improvements.
