Qualifications

• Advanced SQL experience with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce and Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; quantitative or analytical field preferred.
• Experience with statistical modeling languages/tools is a plus (R, SAS, SPSS, Matlab).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business insights; capable of stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account management to understand workstreams and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain demand, workload, and staffing forecast models from historical data.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to reduce workload and improve productivity.
• Present results to senior stakeholders in a concise, structured manner and drive continuous improvements.
