Expedia Group in London is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the B2B FP&A team, driving month-end closes, forecasting, and business partnering with multiple stakeholders. You will deliver high-quality reporting, provide actionable analysis, and support executive decision-making in a fast-paced global environment.

The role requires strong accounting qualifications, advanced Excel, and experience with forecasting and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• A BA/BSc 2:1 or above (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
• Excellent experience in providing analysis and insights to key stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment; ideally in an FP&A role.
• Ability to think big and think small.
• Experience with analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong Excel skills - working on large and complex data sets.
• Professional, “get it done” attitude and work ethic.
• Great time management skills – meeting deadlines and communicating risks early.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end reporting process for a division; deliver to Senior Management and the finance team; identify key drivers.
• Provide insightful analysis to identify long-term risks and opportunities to maximise profitability.
• Input into the monthly Forecast process for the Corporate Finance team; capture variances to forecast and divisional performance.
• Partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, Revenue Optimisation, and Tech teams for in-depth P&L analysis.
• Own and co-ordinate the forecast P&L submission into Oracle Cloud with stakeholders.
• Challenge forecast assumptions to ensure robust forecasts and identify sensitivities.
• Streamline processes and secure stakeholder buy-in for efficiency improvements.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and presentations for departments as required.
• Prepare forecast summaries for senior management highlighting key movements.
• Leverage AI and reporting tools to improve data accuracy and commentary.
