Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Analyst to join the B2B FP&A team in London. You will deliver high‑quality reporting and insightful analysis to business leaders, supporting quarterly forecasts and driving profitability.

You will partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, and Technology teams, own the forecast process, and help steer decisions with robust commentary. This role is based in London with a flexible hybrid work model requiring in-office presence three days a

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent.
• Strong experience delivering analysis and insights to stakeholders in a fast-paced global FP&A environment.
• Excellent Excel skills, comfortable with large, complex data sets.
• Experience with analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end reporting process for the division and present to senior management.
• Deliver insightful analysis to identify risks and opportunities to maximize profitability.
• Input into the monthly Forecast process and capture variances to forecast.
• Partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, Revenue Optimisation, Expedia Product & Technology for in-depth P&L analysis.
• Coordinate forecast submission into Oracle Cloud with stakeholders across finance and non-finance teams.
• Challenge forecast assumptions and identify sensitivities to the wider business.
• Streamline processes and collaborate with others to improve efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and presentation needs for the department.
• Prepare forecast summaries for senior management highlighting key movements.
• Utilise AI and reporting tools to improve data accuracy and commentary.
