Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with account management teams to gain a profound knowledge of workstreams and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain demand, workload and staffing forecast models based on historical data to be used in short-term operational execution and long-term budget planning.
• Maintain historical data hygiene and adjust forecast models to changes in business processes and metrics.
• Gather and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations as appropriate to reduce workload and improve productivity for stakeholder teams.
• Research and identify potential risks in staffing levels and develop and implement plans to aid the operation in avoiding or mitigating through the risks as needed.
• Utilize system reporting tools to analyze current business processes and to support continuous process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement through data - setting targets, understanding drivers, assessing performance, and modelling scenarios.
• Present results back to the business in a structured, data-driven manner - simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Use a problem-solving approach that gets to the underlying business questions, using a variety of data sources and information.
