Part time Workforce Development Administrator

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting staff development? Our client, an esteemed educational organisation located in Bath, is seeking a proactive Workforce Development Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis.

About the Role:

As a pivotal member of the Workforce Development Team, you will provide essential administrative support that empowers the organisation to thrive through the excellence of its staff. This role offers a mix of on-campus and remote working opportunities, allowing for flexibility while you contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to ensure efficient and effective services that adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Develop expertise in the Academic Career Progression system, becoming a key point of contact for staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the team and the wider University, working on various projects to enhance workforce development.
  • Communicate professionally with staff and management at all levels, ensuring clarity and support for academic career progression.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively, especially during peak demand periods.
